I met Mark Hutchins in October of 2008 when I contacted him to help me look for a home for an out-of-town friend who wanted to move back to the Bay Area.

That search culminated in a purchase for my friend and from then on, Mark has been my friend and Real Estate Agent. He has helped me through some very complicated and stressful transactions, somehow always able to calmly help me to understand the intricacies of each undertaking. In one particularly complicated deal involving lot splits, partial releases from banks and numerous county issues, our title officer said she knew of only a handful of agents in Sonoma County who could successfully orchestrate such a complicated deal. He was vital to the timely completion of this transaction. Simply put, I could not have done it without Mark. All told, Mark has helped me with 6 transaction (and working on another) in less than 7 years, some representing me as a seller, some as a buyer and some in an advisory position. He has been stellar in all capacities. I would highly recommend Mark Hutchins as a Real Estate Agent. I would not use anyone else.

"We have known and worked with Mark Hutchins for about 6 years. He stepped in and helped us on a home purchase when our realtor proved to be pretty much ineffective. At that time, Mark was writing real estate loans and he handled our loan to perfection, couldn't have asked for better service and advice. Our realtor, on the other hand, not so good. Mark stepped in and answered every question we had, gave us advice when our realtor couldn't and made himself completely available to us to help in our purchase and he wasn't even our realtor, he was our loan agent. When we decided to sell our house a few months ago, Mark was absolutely our first and only choice as our listing agent. He worked with us in preparing the house for sale, prepared exceptional sales material to sell our house, did an open house, and was available to all potential buyers. Incredible service on his part to us. Honestly, his service couldn't have been better. Our house sold in about a week with multiple offers. Mark was very helpful in sorting through the offers and helping us pick the best one. Mark Hutchins is the best realtor I have ever met or worked with, I highly recommend him to anybody either buying or selling a home, you won't find a better realtor, period.
